Event Rental Form

Fill out this form at least 60 days prior to your desired rental date. Within 5 business days, a staff member will follow up with you to continue the conversation by phone and arrange for an in-person tour.

Organization Information
An organization or business must complete this form. Private events are welcome, but all rental agreements for private events must be co-signed by a professional event planner, caterer, business, or organization.
The information you provide in this form helps our event rentals staff to better serve you.
Event Details
Desired Time
Regular operating hours are Tuesday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m., and Sunday, 1–5 p.m. After hours rentals are available Tuesday–Thursday, 5–9 p.m. and Friday–Saturday, 5 p.m.–midnight. The Two Mississippi Museums are CLOSED on Mondays.
