The April edition of History Happy Hour, History Happy Hour Remix with Chef Nick, will begin outside the Museum of Mississippi History and the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum on Entergy plaza and feature food trucks and music. At 6 p.m. Chef Nick Wallace will lead a conversation about farm to table food ways in Mississippi with Cindy Ayers Elliot, owner of Foot Print Farms; LaMarcus Robinson, owner of Oops All Vegan restaurant, and LeBron Alexander, executive chef at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi.
