To reserve a Traveling Trunk for your classroom, complete this form at least one month before the Trunk will be used.
Method of Delivery
Trunks must be shipped back via FedEx, USPS, or UPS and insured for $500, or teachers may choose to transport the trunks to and from MDAH themselves.
