Gallery Talk: Solidarity Now
Join us for a gallery talk at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 17, at the Two Mississippi Museums. Professor Ellen Meacham will present from her book Delta Epiphany: Robert F. Kennedy in Mississippi that details Robert Kennedy's visit to the Delta in 1967. This talk will be in conjunction with the Solidarity Now! 1968 Poor People's Campaign traveling exhibit, which was organized by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service and supported by the CVS Health Foundation.
